The business logic of the future
 

A coherent business logic is the sum of all strategic premises. It aligns all relevant initiatives and thus forms the basis for dynamic strategy development. It is the central instrument in establishing a unique company.

IMP has designed a concept for creating a coherent, unique and sustainable business logic that takes into account all relevant influences from both the marketplace and the company itself. A company-specific business logic is developed based on the following elements:

  • The governing concept:
    What entrepreneurial objective does the company stand for? Which strategic role – either already known or yet to be defined – does or could the company take on in a world of integrated added value?
     
  • Positioning
    What customer needs is the company trying to fulfill? How can the company create and maintain a "monopoly" position in the psyche of the customer? 
     
  • Product and services logic
    How can the company disconnect itself from the idea of "interchangeability" while creating a unique product benefit?
     
  • Added value logic
    What are the "core" and "non-core" elements of the company?
     
  • Sales and marketing logic
    How does a company create a sales and marketing concept that provides customers with a solid reason why they "must" buy its products or services?
     
  • Revenue logic
    What are the revenue targets and how will the company achieve them in the future? 
     
  • Innovation logic
    What innovative services are called for by the strategic role and which of them will help underline the company’s strategic position?
