The "IMP Think Shop" is a unique strategy workshop designed specially for your company. Through inspiring presentations from top experts on the most common current questions and issues we open a discussion on topics that relate specifically to your company. The more concrete problem areas are then addressed in groups.
The goal is to support and inspire your employees to create their own alternative paths so that at the end of the workshop they feel enabled to implement new ideas for a sustainable future in their various work areas. The catalysts and methods for analyzing (the existing), reflecting (conceiving alternatives) and reassessing (critical analysis and systematic evaluation of new concepts) will be provided on site but the solutions come from you. We provide your company with the instruments to challenge, realign and ultimately reintegrate a company’s existing know-how. Budding ideas and impulses will be given room to grow in order for the company to reinvent itself.
