Unfortunately, a lot of training methods do not break the surface, resulting in a correspondingly shallow understanding of relevant structures and contexts. Based on our own training experience and the latest research on learning processes and mental performance, we have developed a unique approach to training, the main critical points of which we use to challenge some of the concepts that govern existing MBA and EMBA programs.
